Refund/shipping Policy

General Information:


All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time that you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 


Refunds:

Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of receipt. To initiate the return, please contact us at [email protected] for authorization. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all fees associated with your return. 

Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to you. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed (minus applicable fees) on the original form of payment.

Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.


Shipping:

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-10 business days of the date your order was received. Business day means Monday through Friday, except holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
